Our Services
Reaching Roofs provides marketing and lead-generation services for roofing contractors and related businesses, including advertising campaign management, lead capture, and appointment scheduling support. Specific deliverables, pricing, and any performance guarantees are defined in the separate agreement you enter into with us.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your business to use our services.
SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms
SMS opt-in is optional and separate from booking a call or using our services. If you choose to opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our forms or booking pages, you agree to receive recurring SMS text messages from Reaching Roofs. These may include appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, service updates, and occasional promotional offers.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel at any time. After you send STOP, you may receive one final message confirming your opt-out.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of booking a call or of any purchase. We do not share your mobile information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, to respond to leads and appointments generated on your behalf in a timely manner, and to comply with all applicable laws in operating your business. Results from our services depend in part on your participation, including your responsiveness and ability to close the opportunities provided.
Guarantees
Any performance guarantee we offer is described in your service agreement and applies only when you fulfill your obligations under that agreement, including timely follow-up and participation. Guarantees do not apply where results are impacted by factors outside our control on your side.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including logos, text, and graphics, is owned by Reaching Roofs and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reaching Roofs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the services in question.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
